Today's Look: Ridiculously Easy Hair

Today I wanted to show you one way I do my hair when I'm in a rush. It is so easy it will take less than 30 seconds. You don't even have to brush your hair, unless it's an absolute mess, because messy is what we want. You will need a headband and a bow clip of your choice. I picked up my headband in a pack of 5 from my local grocery store. It came with 3 plain black elastic headbands and two velour black, less elastic headbands. I am currently wearing the velour. The little black bow I got from Claire's. They don't have the same exact one anymore, but I particularly like this bow as an alternative. Of course you can find little bows like this all over, just be careful to read the sizing if you are buying on line. You don't want to end up with a really big bow.

To create this look all I did was pull my hair to the position I wanted it in (I wanted a little bit swept across my forehead), lifted the headband over the top of my head and hair and let it snap into place once I had it positioned (this keeps your hair from being pulled tight), and clipped my hair bow to my hair, right above the band. I didn't clip the bow directly on to the headband because it would leave a dent after wearing it long enough.

And that's it! If you want you can pull at your hair a bit to get the exact poof you want, but mine tends to just poof naturally. I like this look because it extremely quick and easy, plus it keeps my hair out of my eyes as it is all held in place by the headband.
