How To: Make A Lace Braided Bun

Share it Please

Fast and easy hair is an important part of my life. I only wash my hair once every three days, so frequently after washing my hair I throw in some heat protectant, blow dry, and add curls. Then I'm good for all three days. Sometimes I don't have time to curl my hair or I just need to get my hair out of my face, but I still want it to look nice. That's where the Lace Braided Bun comes in.

I tried the Lace Braid Bun for the first time today and I love it! It's messy since this is my first attempt, but it took me less than 5 minutes. I have posted the tutorial I used below. It is by Cute Girls Hairstyles (CGH), a YouTube channel I frequent when I need fresh hair ideas. If your city, like mine, is supposed to be blustery over the weekend this hairstyle is perfect; it will keep your hair looking good and out of your eyes.

    1. Thank you! I think my hair is about 5 to 6 inches past my shoulders now, but you could definitely use shorter hair. Since the braid is a Dutch French braid, so you are constantly just adding hair to the braid. Once it is long enough to use a bun doughnut, it is long enough to do this!
