Literary Libations: Gin & Raspberry Lemonade

Share it Please

Today is more libation than literary. With my parents over we were so busy I didn't have time do any reading! After they left I spent the weekend preparing the upcoming posts for this week. I will say I watched Anchorman 2 yesterday and it was the most random movie I've seen in a while. That's about as literary as it's going to get today.

Despite the lack of reading, I did make one of my favorite simple drinks: Gin and Raspberry Lemonade. It really doesn't get any more simple than this. Two shots of gin, fill the glass with raspberry lemonade. I use the Simply Lemonade brand, it is my favorite juice with or without alcohol. Gin goes with almost any juice, one of my other favorite combinations is gin and grapefruit juice. Get creative!

What is your favorite juice?
