My favorite gelato/sorbet company is Talenti. My favorite Talenti product is the Roman Raspberry sorbet. It is a beautiful, rich pink color so it just looks like they've crushed and frozen raspberries. In fact, it tastes like they simply crushed and froze raspberries. The texture, however, is smooth, so it turns out there are some other ingredients in there too. Almost anyone could eat this as it is vegetarian, gluten free, HFCS free, dairy free, kosher, and fat free. The number one ingredient is raspberries, followed up by water, sugar, dextrose, lemons, and carob gum.
If you need a delicious way to beat the heat, I highly recommend any of Talenti's gelatos and sorbets. For a full list of their flavors and their ingredients, visit their website.
Need to see if rhey sell it by my market. Will like to try it out.
